Exchange Policy

At Jeju Global, we hope you love what you buy! However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

Please note:

  • All items purchased in our stores are considered final sale, and we generally do not offer refunds, exchanges, or repairs.
  • The only exception is if the product has a quality issue (i.e., it's defective or damaged).

If you receive a defective item, we’re happy to help with an exchange or repair, as long as:

  • You return the product to the same store where you bought it.
  • You bring the original receipt with you.
  • You return the item within 15 days of purchase.

Please keep in mind:

  • Items such as undergarments, socks, fashion accessories, and cosmetics cannot be exchanged.
  • Jeju Global may update or adjust this policy from time to time, at its discretion.
  • You return the item within 15 days of purchase.
